All Sale priced items are a final sale. All Regular priced items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, or returned for store credit only. No refunds.
WE DO NOT DO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS. AS A RETAILER WE RUN SPECIAL PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS FREQUENTLY. IF YOU DO NOT ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE AT CHECK OUT WE WILL NOT ADJUST YOUR TRANSACTION AFTER CHECK OUT. WE DO NOT CANCEL ONLINE ORDERS.
Store credit is provided via e-Gift Cards. Upon receiving your return, we will email you with your unique code to apply your credit contingent on your return passing a quality assurance inspection. We will deduct a $25 re stocking fee. Store credit never expires.
For Store Credit & Gift Cards: you can enter your code in the same area provided for discount codes. Your balance will be automatically adjusted and available to use on your next purchase if you do not use the full credit all at once. You cannot use 2 discount codes in one transaction or a discount code and a gift card/store credit code in one transaction.
Items purchased on sale, during a promotion, or with a discount code are final sale, as is.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, dust or fragrances, and in the same plastic bag and same exact condition that you received it in. We do not cover cost of shipping on returns. You are responsible for the shipping costs on a return. We will deduct a $25 re stocking fee on any returns that pass inspection. This will be deducted from your e-gift card amount and emailed to you upon passing a quality inspection.
If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or store credit only. If your item is regular priced item and you wish to initiate an exchange or store credit please follow the link below to obtain an RA number from the online returns center.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- International orders are not eligible for return or exchange. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties/fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment.
- Please note: we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
- If you are shipping a return item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All sale items, intimates, Face Coverings, Jewelry, swimwear, special promotion, discount codes, custom orders, and Pre Order Items are NOT eligible for a refund, credit or exchange.
Shipping charges on returns are NON-REFUNDABLE. You are responsible for the shipping charges for your return. Due to the Covid pandemic, shipping delays are out of our control. We will not issue any credit regarding shipping delays. You are responsible for contacting UPS with your tracking number provided to you regarding any shipping delays. Returns processing is delayed due to Covid 19. Returns can take up to 7-10 business days to go through inspection.
All Returns Must Meet the Following Requirements
- Items must be neatly folded and sent back securely in the re-sealable package you received them in.
- Merchandise must be shipped within 7 days from delivery
- Merchandise must be UNWORN AND UNDAMAGED
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- We do not provide exchanges or returns on International orders
- We will deduct a $25 re stocking fee for all approved returns
If any returns do not meet these requirements, the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions: Orders@nightcapclothing.com
- Visit Our Online Return Center and Look Up Your Order For RETURN ELIGIBILITY.
- If your order is eligible for a return please put in a return request.
- If Your Return is Approved you will be issued an RA Number
- Write Nightcap with your RA Number on the outside of the Package
- Neatly fold your items with all original tags attached
- Items Must Be Unworn and Undamaged
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org your RA number and if you prefer a store credit or an exchange.
