HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I NEED?

Nightcap's garments fit true to size, but pay attention to product description to see if a garment runs big or small due to design. If you’re still a little unsure, just ask us. Our team knows how each garment fits and can give you great feedback at orders@nightcapclothing.com


SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

All ground domestic shipments are free!  Allow 1-2 business days processing time before your order ships. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. For all  shipments being delivered within the US we use UPS as our shipping provider.

3 Day Select - End of 3rd business day delivery

2nd Day Air- End of 2nd business day delivery

Next Day AirNext business day delivery by 10:30am, 12:00pm or end of the day depending on destination


INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All international orders are shipped USPS as their services offers lower rates for international shipments. *Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damage items once product has left the United States and is in the hands of another country’s postal provider. If your order is shipping outside of the U.S. please consult your customs policies and fee for your country, as we do not take responsibility for this.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex.  If your information we've received is incorrect we will notify you, as payment must be placed & received before your order ships.

All products remain Nightcap's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through Nightcap are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.


REFUNDS

All returns that meet our return requirements will be refunded and processed in the original form of payment within 1-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Nightcap Clothing.
